A name or location entered into a search box is transmitted to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its result. We do not keep a separate site log of those search terms.

An email may be retained long enough to read and answer it. We keep messages within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal duty.

Links may lead to court portals, the sheriff, Texas agencies, legal resources, and search providers. Once a visitor follows an outbound link, the destination's privacy policy applies. Read it before supplying personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to observe activity across websites for ad selection. Their practices do not operate under this policy.
